For much of my early life, I felt healthy, energized, and accomplished. Challenges came and went, but I navigated them with optimism. Then, I became a mom—and everything changed.
Motherhood was something I deeply longed for, and I was confident I would thrive in the role. But the reality was far from what I had imagined. It magnified my perfectionism and people-pleasing tendencies, leaving no time for myself. The early years of parenting were overwhelming, filled with stress, exhaustion, and worry. Thoughts like, “I can’t do this. It’s too much,” ran through my mind on repeat. And then my body decided to act on those words—it placed me in a coma for two days.
Even after recovering, life didn’t magically reset. The COVID-19 pandemic brought new fears, and switching to an even more demanding job left me with little time and energy to manage household tasks and care for a very active child. It was exhausting, and my body began showing more visible signs of distress.
I got sick once a month and often felt off. My body was absorbing all the stress and transforming it into actual health issues: food sensitivities, gut health problems like SIBO, histamine intolerance, and hormonal imbalances. I felt drained, disconnected from myself, and burnt out. Something had to change.
I took the courage, left my job and gave myself permission to rest. But it wasn’t until I began meditating and joined a coaching program led by Alyssa Nobriga that I truly started to heal.
Coaching transformed my life. It helped me uncover the beliefs driving my burnout, connect with my inner self, and understand the profound mind-body connection—how our thoughts and emotions impact our physical health. I realized that my struggles weren’t inevitable—they were rooted in patterns I could change.
While this chapter of my life was undeniably hard, I wouldn’t trade it for anything. It gave me insights, resilience, and a deeper sense of purpose.
Today, my mission is to help others navigate their lives with more peace, confidence, and joy. I believe that when individuals find their inner calm, the ripple effects extend far beyond themselves. Together, we can build kinder communities and, ultimately, a better world.
If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like you’ve lost touch with yourself, I see you. I’ve been there. And I’m here to help you find your way back.
